Spinach Dip Bread Ring

Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. frozen spinach, drained and chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 round sourdough bread

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and water chestnuts together.
  2. Add spinach when you are ready to serve.
  3. Hollow out a round sourdough bread.
  4. Serve with spinach dip in the middle and wedges of bread around.
