Spinach-Parmesan Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix together ingredients until well blended.
  2. Refrigerate. Serve with assorted crackers.
  3. Makes 4 cups.
