Spinach Rollups

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach thawed and well drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 enveloped Ranch style dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Stir together the first 6 ingredients.
  2. Spread evenly on tortillas.
  3. Roll up, jelly-roll fashion, pressing edges to seal. Wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. Chill 4-6 hours.
  5. Cut into 1/2 inch thick slices.
  6. Yield:
