Ingredients

  • 5 medium pickling cucumbers
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Peel and wash the cucumbers.
  2. Slice them medium thickness on a bias.
  3. Add them to a bowl.
  4. Add walnuts, blueberries, cashews, and mayonnaise
  5. Mix well then add the salt amd dill weed.
  6. Mix well
  7. Serve, hope you enjoy!
