Ingredients

  • 1 lb. small yellow squash
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • cracker crumbs, seasoned with salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook squash with onion in water until tender.
  2. Dip in beaten egg and milk.
  3. Coat with cracker crumbs and deep fry until golden brown.
