Instructions
- Snap off tough ends of asparagus.
- Remove scales with a vegetable peeler or knife, if desired.
- Arrange asparagus in a steamer over boiling water.
- Cover and steam 6 to 8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Transfer to serving dish and drizzle with butter.
