Instructions
- Peel and slice vegetables.
- Place baking grease in bottom of large iron skillet.
- Layer in this order in frypan: potatoes, onions (sprinkle with salt, pepper and parsley).
- Repeat.
- After all layers go on, pour water over.
- Cover skillet and cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes.
- Serves 8.
