Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites, unbeaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 2/3 c. strawberries

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler.
  2. Cook as for seven minutes.
  3. Frosting yields enough for top and sides of three 9-inch layers.
