Instructions
- Clean quail by splitting along backbone so you leave the breast and legs whole.
- Stuff with your favorite dressing, chicken or turkey.
- Wrap a bacon strip around bird.
- Wrap in aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
