Instructions

  1. Clean quail by splitting along backbone so you leave the breast and legs whole.
  2. Stuff with your favorite dressing, chicken or turkey.
  3. Wrap a bacon strip around bird.
  4. Wrap in aluminum foil.
  5. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
