Creamy stuffed shells filled with three flavorful fillings, topped with marinara and Balsamella sauces, baked to perfection—ideal for family dinners or entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes giant shells (conchiglie; each box contains 36 shells)
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Balsamella Sauce
  • 2 cups freshly grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Prepare Marinara Sauce and cook, uncovered, while preparing fillings.
  2. Prepare each filling one at a time and set aside until all are ready.
  3. Cook shells according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water, then drain again.
  4. Divide cooked shells into thirds and stuff each with one of the fillings.
  5. Butter or spray several pans to hold all the shells.
  6. Pour the Marinara Sauce over the shells in each pan.
  7. Then pour the Balsamella Sauce over the shells.
  8. Sprinkle with 2 cups of freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until the sauce bubbles and the pasta is heated through.
