Stuffed Vine (Grape) Leafs

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Tomato
  • 4 pieces Green Onion
  • 2 Parsley Bundles
  • 2 pieces Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 10 Mint Leaves
  • 400 grams Grape Leaves Jar

Instructions

  1. Mince all the tomato, parsley, mint, green onion. Squeeze 1 lemon.
  2. Mix all the above with salt, lemon, oil, and the raw rice.
  3. Cut the potatoes in medium sized flat surface and put them at the bottom of the sauce pan.
  4. Start arranging the stuffed leaves above the potatoes, in circular arrangements. Then, pour water till all the leaves are dipped inside.
  5. Leave the water boiling. The hot water will cook the leaves and rice.
  6. When the leaves soften and rice get cooked ( try one piece), add some lemon and oil. Leave them for 5 more minutes.
