  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 c. pecans

Instructions

  1. Cook sugar, water, and cinnamon until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Add pecans to the mixture, ensuring they are in a single layer for even coating.
  3. Transfer the coated pecans onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then lightly salt the nuts and stir.
  5. Bake for another 5 minutes, then remove and let cool.
