Ingredients

  • stew meat
  • onions
  • 6 stalks celery
  • 6 carrots
  • 4 to 6 potatoes
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca (quick cooking)
  • 1 1/2 c. tomato juice

Instructions

  1. Put first 5 ingredients into pan.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over meat.
  3. Add vegetables.
  4. Cover and bake 4 hours at 250°.
