Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cold apple juice
  • 2 cups fresh fruit chunks (strawberries, bananas, peeled peaches)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or sugar substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 10 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend until thickened.
  4. Serve immediately.
