Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 lb. boneless smoked ham
  • 1/4 c. prepared mustard
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and quartered

Instructions

  1. Place ham in roaster.
  2. Combine mustard and sugar.
  3. Spread over ham.
  4. Place potatoes around ham. Cover and bake at 300° for 3 hours. Serves 8 to 10.
