- ** Rough Heat Guidelines **
- Mild: 1/2 med sized jalapeno
- Medium: 1 jalapeno
- Med-Hot: 1 jalapeno + 1/2 hab
- Hot: 1 jalapeno + 1 hab
- I think the habanero gives the salsa a slow-burning sensation which I personally like.
- Cut onion and peppers into 3-4 chunks and place in food processor along with cilantro
- Lightly pulse for a few seconds
- Put tomatoes in bowl along with the onion, cilantro & pepper mixture
- Adjust heat with lime - use sparingly if heat is already at desired level
