Super Simple Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 3 medium zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash zucchini and cut it into 1/4 inch pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a Dutch oven over high heat. In very hot oil, stir the zucchini until well coated.
  3. Quickly add the water, salt and sugar. Reduce heat to medium-high.
  4. Continue to cook for 6-7 minutes, stirring often, until tender-crisp.
