Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • 2 teaspoons yeast
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar and let set for 10-15 minutes. The mixture should turn frothy.
  2. Add the yeast mixture to bread machine pan.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Bake according to the bread machine instructions.
