Ingredients

  • 1 (16 ounce) package elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Prepare macaroni according to package instructions.
  2. (You can substitute seashell pasta, anything up to bowtie pasta size, if you like. But please don't use long pastas like spaghetti or fettucini-- they just don't work with this.) Combine cottage cheese, sugar, and cinnamon with drained macaroni.
  3. Taste and add sugar/cinnamon, if necessary.
  4. Serve immediately.
