Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 2 to 3 boxes fresh strawberries
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 small box strawberry jello

Instructions

  1. Place the fresh strawberries in two baked pie shells.
  2. In a saucepan, cook sugar, cornstarch, and water until thick and clear.
  3. Remove from heat and add strawberry jello; let cool slightly.
  4. Pour the gelatin mixture over the strawberries in the pie shells.
