Ingredients

  • 2 lb. chicken wings, about 10
  • 1 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Remove wing tips from chicken; discard.
  2. Cut each wing at joint to make 2 sections.
  3. Set aside.
