- Dissolve concentrate in hot water. If using dried tamarind, soak tamarind in boiling water until softened. Remove seeds and tamarind pulp by pressing through a strainer.
- Add the balance of ingredients, heat to dissolve sugar, and store in a glass jar. Keeps 4 weeks in refrigerator.
