Tangerine Tea

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh tangerine juice or 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 tea bags (black or orange pekoe)

Instructions

  1. Heat water to boiling in large saucepan.
  2. Stir in tangerine juice, sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
  3. Heat to boiling.
  4. Simmer and stir until sugar dissolves.
  5. Remove from heat and add tea bags.
  6. Let steep 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. Serve Immediately.
