Tangy Ham Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) jar orange marmalade
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 c. orange juice

Instructions

  1. Combine marmalade, mustard and ginger.
  2. About 30 minutes before ham is done, brush it with about 1/2 of the glaze.
  3. Add the orange juice to the remaining glaze.
  4. Serve this mixture with ham after you simmer about 5 minutes.
