  • sesame seeds
  • horseradish
  • garbanzo beans
  • water
  • clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender until creamy smooth.
  2. Serve with raw and lightly steamed vegetables or as a filling ingredient with a whole grain wrap or pita.
  3. Yields: 1 1/2 cups.
