Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons granulated garlic
  • 4 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 3 tablespoons fresh coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients with a whisk in a bowl. Store in cool dry place. Rub on Beef Steak.
