- Over double boiler, melt the chocolate chips, then add and melt the butterscotch chips.
- Stir together until smooth.
- Stir in chopped nuts and then add chow mein noodles.
- Completely mix together.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
- Refrigerate or freeze until serving.
- Makes dozens!
