Ingredients

  • 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 c. butterscotch chips
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (cashews or peanuts)
  • 1 bag Chinese chow mein noodles (small bag)

Instructions

  1. Over double boiler, melt the chocolate chips, then add and melt the butterscotch chips.
  2. Stir together until smooth.
  3. Stir in chopped nuts and then add chow mein noodles.
  4. Completely mix together.
  5. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
  6. Refrigerate or freeze until serving.
  7. Makes dozens!
