"That" Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 2 to 3 c. cooked cubed chicken (6 pieces)
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina French dressing
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Layer chicken on rice in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  2. Combine dressing, cranberry sauce and onion soup mix and heat in saucepan. Bring to boil and let simmer 2 or 3 minutes.
  3. Pour over chicken. Cover dish and cook until heated through, about 30 minutes.
