Ingredients

  • 3 large cucumbers sliced thick
  • 1 tbsp pickling spice the one by McCormick
  • 1 quart distilled white vinegar
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Boil vinegar
  2. Add all ingredients into jar
  3. Pour vinegar into jar put lid on shake well
  4. Let sit 2 week minimum
