Ingredients

  • 2 c. precooked white rice
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 can drained water chestnuts
  • 1 c. frozen chopped broccoli

Instructions

  1. Dice water chestnuts.
  2. Then, combine rice, cheese, chestnuts and broccoli in a large oven-proof casserole dish.
  3. Top with potato chips (optional).
  4. Bake at 425° in a conventional oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
