Ingredients

  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. bourbon
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1 lb. hot dogs, cut up

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, bourbon and ketchup; bring to a boil.
  2. Cut each hot dog into 6 pieces.
  3. Add to sauce. Simmer uncovered for one hour.
  4. Serve in a chafing dish.
  5. Yield: 60 pieces.
