Tomato Bacon Squares

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 3 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 can flaky biscuits (10 oz.)

Instructions

  1. Coarsely chop bacon, tomato and onion with food chopper.
  2. Mix all ingredients except biscuits.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Separate each biscuit into 2 thinner halves.
  5. Press biscuit halves into bottom of the muffin tin.
  6. Put mixture into biscuits.
  7. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 375° or until puffed and brown.
