Ingredients

  • 8 slices baguette (1/2 inch thick)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Broil baguette slices for 3 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter in a small skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chopped tomato and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in chopped parsley.
  5. Serve over toasted baguette slices.
