Topping For Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. haddock or any whitefish
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 pkg. dry Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic and dry Italian dressing mixture.
  2. Wash fish; dry.
  3. Place on broiling pan.
  4. Coat top of fish with mixture.
  5. Place under broiler until fish is opaque or easily flaked.
  6. Do not turn fish.
