- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic and dry Italian dressing mixture.
- Wash fish; dry.
- Place on broiling pan.
- Coat top of fish with mixture.
- Place under broiler until fish is opaque or easily flaked.
- Do not turn fish.
