Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup margarine or butter
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water.
  2. Pour mixture into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
  3. Refrigerate until firm, about 3 hours.
  4. Cut into 1/4-inch cubes; set aside.
  5. Blend graham cracker crumbs, margarine or butter and sugar.
  6. Press mixture on bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Prepare cheesecake filling according to package direction using milk.
  9. Fold in gelatin cubes.
  10. Spread mixture in prepared crust.
  11. Refrigerate 2 hours.
