Ingredients

  • 1 12 liters vegetable juice cocktail, tropical chilled
  • 300 g frozen raspberries
  • 200 ml chilled champagne, sparking white wine

Instructions

  1. Pour Fruit & Veg Juice into a large jug or punch bowl.
  2. Add frozen raspberries, champagne and ice cubes.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Allow to stand for 15 minutes to allow berries to defrost into the Fruit & Veg Juice.
  5. This will give a great colour effect.
  6. Stir well then serve into individual glasses.
