Ingredients

  • 3 c. cubed winter squash
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. orange juice

Instructions

  1. Boil squash until tender. Whip squash until smooth.
  2. Add sugar and orange juice and whip until blended.
  3. More or less orange juice may be used according to the dryness of the squash.
  4. Serves 4.
