Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 c. Crisco
  • 1 c. apricot nectar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • powdered sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine yellow cake mix, apricot nectar and eggs. Blend well. Add vanilla pudding, Crisco and almond extract. Mix well. Pour in a loaf pan sprayed with Pam. Cook until done. Take out of oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar immediately. Wrap with plastic wrap.
