Ingredients

  • Fresh tuna
  • Lots of perfect peppers
  • Vidalias
  • Roasted tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Roast tomatoes (coat with salt, pepper & olive oil and roast for 45 minutes @ 500 degrees)
  2. Marinate tuna in Trader Joes Hawaiian marinade. In a separate bowl (so they can be stirred), marinate peppers and onions.
  3. Broil peppers & onions first until desired char level, then broil tuna kebobs.
