- Mix juice of 1 whole lemon; Soy Sauce until enough in juice, 1 tablespoon powdered Ginger, 1/2 tablespoon powdered Garlic, 1/2 teaspoon Ancho Chili Powder, Crushed red pepper dash or two. Mix together above ingredients and marinate for minimum of 1 hour, turn every 15 minutes. Before searing sprinkle with Black Sesame Seeds on all sides. Get Skillet super hot add olive oil sear on all sides about a minute or two.
