Ingredients

  • 1 package of 2 ready-made crusts
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch or tapioca
  • Red food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare pie crusts according to package directions for two crust pie.
  2. Mix cherry pie filling, cranberry sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into the unbaked bottom crust.
  4. Cover with the top crust.
  5. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes at 425°F (220°C).
  7. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F (160°C) and continue baking until the filling bubbles, approximately 20 minutes.
