Two Egg Yellow Cake

- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans or one 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Into large bowl measure all ingredients; with mixer at low speed, beat until well mixed, constantly scraping bowl with rubber spatula.
- Beat at medium speed 4 minutes, occasionally scraping bowl.
- Pour batter into pans and bake round layers 30 to 35 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool cake in pans on wire racks 10 minutes; remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks.
- Makes 2 layers or 1 cake.
