Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen fruit (peaches, strawberries, blueberries, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or 2 packets of Splenda)

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients on high until well blended.
  2. Serve immediately.
