Uncooked Raspberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 3 c. crushed uncooked raspberries
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. pectin, MCP or Sure-Jell
  • 1 c. water

Instructions

  1. Stir berries and sugar.
  2. Let stand 20 minutes.
  3. Boil pectin, MCP or Sure-Jell and 1 cup water for 1 minute.
  4. Pour into fruit and stir 2 minutes.
  5. Then pour into containers and store in freezer.
