Instructions
- Dry the tofu with paper towels and cut into little cubes.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a plate.
- Gently roll the tofu pieces in the flour mix.
- Fry the tofu pieces in hot oil until light brown.
- Serve with potato fries and squeeze lemon on top.
