- Preheat the broiler to high. Using your hands, squeeze the excess moisture from the spinach. Place the cauliflower and broccoli in a large bowl. Pour boiling water over the cauliflower and broccoli and let stand for 2 mins. Drain well. Arrange the cauliflower, broccoli and spinach in a 9-inch square baking dish.
- Top with the pasta sauce then dot with tomato salsa and ricotta. Sprinkle with the grated cheese.
- Broil for 8-10 mins or until the top is golden and bubbling.
