Vegetable Patch Marinade

Ingredients

  • 2 c. carrot slices
  • 2 c. cucumber slices
  • 8 oz. bottle Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook carrots in a small amount of water until crisp-tender; drain.
  2. Combine carrots and cucumber.
  3. Pour dressing over vegetables.
  4. Cover; marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
  5. Drain.
  6. Serves 6.
