Vegetarian Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. box stuffing shells
  • 2 lb. tofu
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • nutritional yeast
  • Vegesal
  • Italian herb blend
  • tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the stuffing shells until tender.
  2. Stuff with crumbled tofu seasoned with Mozzarella, yeast, Vegesal and herbs.
  3. Put shells into a baking dish lined with tomato sauce.
  4. Top with additional cheese and sauce.
  5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
