Venison Hash
Ingredients
Instructions
- Boil venison until tender in sage and water.
- Cool, then tear meat into pieces to make into hash.
- Add onion, salt and pepper to taste.
- Brown in frying pan in a small amount of oil, until onions are done.
- Serve hot.
