Venison Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. venison, cut in 1 1/2 x 6-inch strips (approximate)
  • bacon, cut in half
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle venison with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  2. Lay a piece of bacon on venison and roll up.
  3. Secure with a toothpick or put several rolls on a skewer (for shish kabobs, add cut vegetables of your choice on skewers).
  4. Cook on a hot barbecue grill for 5 minutes.
  5. Turn and cook until meat is done.
  6. (May also put under broiler in oven.)
