Venison Rolls
Ingredients
Instructions
- Sprinkle venison with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Lay a piece of bacon on venison and roll up.
- Secure with a toothpick or put several rolls on a skewer (for shish kabobs, add cut vegetables of your choice on skewers).
- Cook on a hot barbecue grill for 5 minutes.
- Turn and cook until meat is done.
- (May also put under broiler in oven.)
